Fried Green Cherry Tomato – ‘lil bites

A little green cherry tomato fell off our tomato plant on the lanai and something inspired me to make a very small dish out of it. Enjoy!

1 Tablespoon Flour
Pinch of Salt, Pepper, & Cajun Seasoning
1 small cherry tomato
baby sprig of basil for garnish

Slice green tomato thinly

Dredge tomato slices in the flour & spice mixture

Fry in a tablespoon of oil until golden brown on both sides.

Serve warm. Garnish with basil and tomato sauce.
